This is an appeal preferred by the owner under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 challenging the award daded 06.03.2023 passed by the 9th Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raipur (C.G.) in Claim Case No.722/2018, whereby a total sum of 13,00,360/- has been awarded to the ₹ claimants on account of the death of Mukesh @ Golu Sahu, who succumbed to the injuries sustained in the motor vehicle accident that occurred on 22.01.2018. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant-owner submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled before the learned Tribunal in the Lok Adalat held on 12.09.2026. He, therefore, submits that the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the same. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant. 4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
