---- 05/21.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No.60 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.3 is the brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.4 is the sister-in-law of the deceased and petitioner No.5 is the brother-in-law of the deceased and husband of petitioner No.4. She further submits that it has come in the case diary that cause of death is said to be asphyxia due to hanging. She then submits that only allegation is made that there were quarrel in the family wherein the husband of the deceased has not been made accused.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that it has come in the case diary that quarrel used to be occurred in the family with regard to money being sent by the husband of the deceased, who was working in Malaysia.
5. On query made by the Court as to whether there is allegation of involving these petitioners of hanging the deceased are there in the case diary learned counsel appearing for the State fairly submits that has not come in the case diary.

Considering that the petitioner No.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.3 is the brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner No.4 is the sister-in-law of the deceased and petitioner No.5 is the brother-in-law of the deceased and husband of petitioner No.4 and

postmortem report has come in paragraph No.22 of the case diary wherein cause of death is said to be asphyxia due to hanging and apart from that there is nothing against the petitioners and only on suspicion the name of the petitioners has come, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No.60 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
