THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 16.07.2026 (Annexure-D) passed by respondent No.2. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010569052026 NC: 2026:KHC:45053 WP No. 25773 of 2026 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and on careful consideration of the writ papers would indicate that the petitioner has assailed the Mutation No.14/2002-2003 after two decades, and therefore, the respondent No.2 has rightly interfered with the order passed by respondent No.3 by allowing the revision petition. It is also to be noted that the suits are pending consideration before the competent Civil Court. 3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to establish his right over the land in question in a manner known to law, and thereafter approach the competent Authority, if need arises. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE BKM List No.: 1 Sl No.: 33
