It is alleged that respondent no. 8 is stacking building materials on road causing inconvenience to petitioner. In addition thereto, it is submitted that petitioner is being threatened. 3) Learned advocate representing respondent no. 8 disputes submission made on behalf of petitioner and it is submitted that no building materials are stacked on road causing inconvenience to petitioner. 2 4) State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 5) Having considered the case made out in this writ petition, it appears that petitioner is dissatisfied with inaction of concerned police authorities. There is alternative remedy available to petitioner under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in the event steps are not taken by police authorities based on complaint lodged. 6) However, police authority is directed to maintain peace and tranquility at the locale and keep vigil. 7) Writ petition stands disposed of. 8) Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
