It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was successful in the selection process for the post of “Chaukidar” but till date no final order has been passed. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that though the petitioner became successful in the process of appointment of “Chaukidar” but since a query was raised, the matter is still pending for consideration. 4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file representation within the period of four weeks before the Deputy Commissioner, Godda who will enquire into the entire matter and pass an appropriate order in respect of appointment of the petitioner within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order along with the representation. 5. If it is found that there is no legal impediment in appointment of the petitioner, the appointment letter will also be issued to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. 2026:JHHC:1961 2 6. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons, the reasons thereof should also be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 7.
