We notice that recording the undertaking given in Annexure-B affidavit, this Court had disposed of RFA No.1764/2022 by recording the terms of the compromise, including the undertaking, the non-compliance of which is complained of. 3. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the complainant that the decree has been put to execution and has been satisfied. 4. In the above view of the matter, we are of the opinion that nothing further is required to be done in this Contempt of Court Case. Since the decree stands executed, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
