JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing M.R.No.3/2000-01 dated 25.04.2000 (Annexure-E) passed by respondent No.3, the order dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure-F) passed by respondent No.2, and the order dated 30.01.2024 (Annexure-G) passed by respondent No.1. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is noticed that the petitioners are claiming right over the property in question based on the - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010330482025 NC: 2026:KHC:45902 WP No. 14567 of 2025 registered sale deed dated 12.11.1951. On the other hand, the name of the private respondents are entered in the revenue records pursuant to MR No.3/2000-01. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are claiming their right over the land in question after a lapse of 70 years, I am of the view that the findings recorded by both the authorities, relegating the petitioners to establish their right over the land in question before the competent Civil Court, are just and proper.
