This is the third bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 66/2026 registered at Police Station – Jutmill, District – Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 123, 275, 286 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 2 2. Learned counsel for the Non-Applicant/State submits that criminal antecedents of the applicant has not been disclosed in the application and he has only mentioned 02 out of 03 criminal antecedents. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application at this stage with liberty to file better constituted application. 4.
