By the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking following reliefs:- “ 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for conducting spot inspection and correction of entries in entire paddy registration. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the recorded owners of the lands bearing Khasra Nos. 443/2, 443/4, 443/3 and 447/4, admeasuring 0.0860 hectare, 0.1460 3 hectare, 0.1460 hectare and 0.3640 hectare, respectively, situated at Village Mouhadih, Tahsil Bamhanidih, District Janjgir-Champa. It is submitted that a portion of the aforesaid lands has been utilized for construction of the Basantpur Bairaj and is presently under submergence. It is further submitted that the said lands have been registered for paddy sale without any application or consent of the petitioners. The petitioners have accordingly approached the Tahsildar, Bamhanidih, for correction of the relevant revenue records. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned Tahsildar to verify and correct the entries, as the petitioners have neither applied for nor sold any paddy. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondent/State submits that if any application of petitioners is pending, same will be considered and decided as per law, expeditiously. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the records enclosed along with the writ petition. 5. Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of directing the concerned Tahsildar to correct the revenue records while deleting name of petitioners in respect of land bearing Khasra Nos. 443/2, 443/4, 443/3 and 447/4, admeasuring 0.0860 hectare, 0.1460 hectare, 0.1460 hectare and 0.3640 hectare respectively, situated at Village- Mouhadih, Tahsil Bamhanidih, District Janjgir- Champa. 4 6. The petitioners are directed to refund the amounts received by them towards bonus in respect of the aforesaid lands, in the event such amount has been credited to their accounts.
