ORAL JUDGMENT

Learned counsel appearing for the parties, unequivocally submit that the subject matter of the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 29.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.A. No.460/2025 c/w. W.A. No.469/2025 which would read as under:
“These intra Court W.A.Nos.460 and 469/2025 have been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 23.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition Nos.22538 and 22595/2022 (L-RES) filed by the respondents herein, respectively.
2. The parties are referred to as per their ranking before the writ Court, for the sake of convenience.
3. During the course of hearing, the parties have agreed for payment of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh fifty Thousand only) to each of the writ petitioners in the writ petitions/respondents herein in the above appeals, being the compensation towards their full and final settlement. The said amount has already been deposited by the

appellants in pursuance to the order dated 05.01.2026 passed by this Court.
4. In view of the agreement arrived at between the parties for payment of compensation to each of the petitioners at the rate of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh fifty Thousand only) towards full and final settlement of all their claims and dues, we dispose off these appeals and allow the respondents herein to withdraw the said amount on proper verification. It is made clear that this
order will not be treated as precedent in future in respect of any such dispute.
5. In view of disposal of the appeals, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand rejected.”
2. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 29.01.2026 passed in W.A. No.460/2025 c/w. W.A.No.469/2025.
3. All pending interlocutory applications stand
disposed of.
