Vasu Deva Naidu S, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri K. Arvind Kamath, the learned Additional Solicitor General, are heard with Sri K. Arvind Kamath proposing to canvass the grounds as instructed but ultimately stating that given the quantum of the dispute, a former judge of the Supreme Court may be appointed as the sole arbitrator leaving open all contentions to be urged in the arbitral proceedings. In the light of the afore, the following, ORDER [A] The petition is allowed, and Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.S.
