Instant contempt petition has been moved due to non-compliance of the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench dated 05.12.2025 in WPPIL No. 220 of 2025. 4. Today, Mr. P.S. Bisht, on instructions, submits that in compliance to the order of this court dated 05.12.2025 the representation of the petitioner has been dealt with and have been decided on 22.04.2026, the copy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. The Excise Commissioner also join the proceeding through V.C. and apprise to this court that as per the direction of this court the representation as been carefully dealt with and has been decided. 6. Since the direction as issued by this court has already been complied with and hence, notices issued under the Contempt of Court’s Act is hereby discharged and the proceeding of the instant contempt petition is also closed.
