Ms. Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the charge sheet has already been filed in the case and cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate and as such, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant criminal petition with a liberty to work out the legal remedies available to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies, in accordance with law.
