1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is despite there being an injunction order passed by the Trial Court in Suit No.974 of 2025 against the respondent nos.5 to 14, the respondent nos.5 to 14 are not abiding by the injunction order.
3. If that be so, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to file an application under Order 39 Rule-2A of C.P.C. and the writ petition is not an appropriate remedy.
