ORAL ORDER
1. Sri Nischal Dev, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.
2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
"WHEREFORE, the Petitioner most humbly prays this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to Issue a Writ of Mandamus, order or any other appropriate writ to the Respondents to appoint inspector or Inspectors and take further necessary steps as per law, with regard to the investigation into the affairs of the
"Unique Training Corporation India Pvt. Ltd" including its Directors, as expeditiously as possible in compliance of the Annexure A order dated 29.09.2022 in C.P. No. 56/BB/2021 passed by the Hon'ble NCLT, Bengaluru Bench and complete the investigation within a period of 2 months and pass such other relief or reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case same may kindly be granted to the petitioner."
3. Essentially, what is sought is for the implementation of the order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in C.P.No.56/BB/2021, on the ground that the said order has not been complied with by the respondents.
4. A mandamus cannot be issued for the purpose of executing an order passed by the NCLT. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the respondents in not complying with the said order, the petitioner is at liberty to move the NCLT seeking for such directions

as may be required to be passed to implement its own orders.
5. In that view of the matter, there is no vested right in favour of the petitioner seeking for a mandamus as sought for. Hence, the petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
