“10.1 Issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order, or direction, directing Respondent No. 02 (The Collector, Rajnandgaon) to conclude the proceedings and pass a final, reasoned order in Revenue Case No. 202410090100003 / A-21 (1) Year 2024-25 within a strict time-bound period of two weeks, in accordance with law. 10.2 Issue any other writ, order, or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.”
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 165(6) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, seeking permission to sell the land, has been pending consideration before the competent authority since
01.10.2024. He further submits that the concerned Collector has initiated proceedings and called for the requisite reports. However, since 04.08.2025, the matter has been listed for passing of the final
order, but no final order has been passed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State submits that, since the matter is ripe for passing of the final order, the same may be decided within a short period.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Collector, Rajnandgaon (C.G.), is directed to pass a final

order on the petitioner's pending application, in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
