JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 16/03/2026 Pursuant to order of this Court, Shri Bhaskar A. Sawant- Additional Chief Secretary (Home) as also Shri Rajeev Sharma- DGP (Rajasthan) are present through video conferencing. They have extended an assurance to the Court that they will closely monitor that the parole cases are dealt with not in mechanical manner; but in consonance with applicable Rules and due regard is given to the opinion of the Probation Officer, Social Justice Department as also of the jail authorities. Since, the parole has already been granted to both the petitioners, these criminal writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the assurance extended by the Additional Chief Secretary (Home) as also by the DGP (Rajasthan).
