Application No.113 of 2026, by the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Dhoraji, District - Rajkot, whereby the applicant was restricted from leaving the territory of State of Gujarat without prior permission of the concerned Court. 3) Considering the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the applicant, more particularly a submission that the applicant is running his business namely Third Eye Services for which frequently he has to travel outside the State of Gujarat, as well as considering that the trial of the case has been stayed, this Court is R/CR.MA/22085/2026(GJHC240717252026) ORDER DATED: 24/09/2026 of the view that the said condition is required to be modified. 4) Hence, condition no.(2)B of the order dated 17.04.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.113 of 2026, by the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Dhoraji, District - Rajkot, is modified to the extent that the “applicant shall not leave the territory of India without prior permission of the concerned trial Court”. 5) With the above directions, the present application stands disposed of.
