Learned advocate added that there is a delay in filing the information with the police authorities and the registration of the FIR. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there are specific overt acts assigned to these petitioners. 2 State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the statement of one of the victims which depicts the conduct of the accused persons and the manner in which the alleged offence was committed. Moreover, there were injuries sustained by the victims. Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2785 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
