The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No.146 of 2025. It is alleged that the petitioner had murdered the 3 ½ old son of the informant. The charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 105 of the B.N.S. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are no eye-witnesses to the occurrence and the death was on account of an accident. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is suffering from a 40% disability. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 105 of the B.N.S. and the allegations prima facie reveal that it was an accident which led to the death of a 3 ½ years old child of the informant, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Ichak P.S.
