THIS CIVIL CONTEMPT PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI and HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE TARA VITASTA GANJU ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI) A compliance affidavit has been filed today in Court. It is taken on record. 2. The contempt case was filed for initiating proceedings against accused Nos.1 to 3 for disobeying the order dated 08.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.20467/2024, inasmuch as the order was not implemented. The operative portion of the order is as follows: “ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010225682025 NC: 2026:KHC:46105-DB CCC No. 387 of 2025 ii. Respondents No.2 to 4 are hereby directed to forthwith rectify the extent of lands held by the petitioner more particularly 18 guntas of land purchased by the petitioner under registered sale deed dated 16.11.1992, which is clearly reflected in RTC issued in 1994-1995 and the same shall be reflected in the computerized RTC. iii. This exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3. In the compliance affidavit filed today, it has been stated that all measures have been taken by the office of the Tahsildar, Sri Prashant K. Patil, K.A.S to include the name of the complainant in revenue records and the same is reflected in RTC and mutation register as per the three representations given by the complainant to rectify the mistake that has crept in the revenue records in respect of property bearing Survey No.27/4a, measuring to an extent of 1 acre 30 guntas by including 0.18 guntas, pursuant to the registered sale deed dated 16.11.1992. In view of the aforesaid and as per the submission of learned Counsel for the complainant, since the order impugned has been complied with, the contempt case is consigned.
