1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners through Legal Aid, pursuant to the order dated 09.09.2026 passed by this Court, submits that upon perusal of the petition, it appears that the same
4 has not been drafted in accordance with law and that the pleadings as well as the relief sought therein require appropriate rectification and proper formulation. In view of the aforesaid,
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-in-person through Legal Aid seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, duly constituted and in accordance with law.
2. Since the petitioner-in-person has been directed to avail the assistance of Legal Aid, the prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-in-person appears to be fair and reasonable. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, duly constituted and in accordance with law. However, learned Advocate presently appointed to represent the petitioners through Legal Aid shall continue to represent the petitioners in the fresh petition to be filed.
