1. The affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is kept with the record.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.
3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. This Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal is pending.
5. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from date.
6. WPA 12926 of 2026 is disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
