Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter is settled between the parties for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- before the Trial Court and, today, the petitioner has tendered a demand draft drawn on Karnataka Grameena Bank for the remaining amount of Rs.1,20,000/- payable to the respondent. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010190722025 NC: 2026:KHC:45596 CRL.RP No. 453 of 2025 3. The learned counsel for the respondent acknowledges receipt of the demand draft. 4. The Trial Court is directed to disburse the amount in deposit in favour of the respondent upon proper identification. The petitioner submits that he has no objection to such disbursement. 5. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. 6. The concurrent findings recorded by the Trial Court and confirmed by the First Appellate Court are hereby set aside. All pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
