[2026:RJ-JP:8173] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2312/2026 M/s. Spotless Facilities, 21, Harijan Basti, Nehru Nagar, Krishna Colony, Beawar-305901 Through Its Proprietor Rahul Jawa, Aged 35 Years, 21, Harijan Basti, Nehru Nagar, Krishna Colony, Beawar-305901 ----Petitioner Versus Employees State Insurance Corporation, Address Panchdeep Bhawan, Bhawani Singh Marg, Jaipur (Rajasthan) Through Its Regional Director. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Nishant Mandawara Mr. Yashovardhan Agarwal For Respondent(s) :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 23/02/2026 Admittedly, the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the impugned order/letter/notice. In my considered view, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is hereby dismissed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only 30 days period of limitation is there for filing the appeal and prayed for condonation of the same. In that view of the matter, in the event of appeal being filed by the petitioner, the Appellate Authority is directed to decide the same on its merit without going into the question of limitation.
[2026:RJ-JP:8173] (2 of 2) [CW-2312/2026] The stay application and pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
