, J.(Oral) 1 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the revisionists submitted that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail alternate remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law. Learned counsel, however, confined his prayer to the extent of issuance of direction to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the application under Order I Rule 10 of CPC (Annexure P-9), filed by the revisionists seeking their impleadment in the proceedings, within a time- bound manner.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
4. Trial Court is directed to consider and decide the application filed under Order I Rule 10 of CPC (Annexure P-9) for impleadment within a period of one month from the next date of hearing, in accordance with law.
