In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to implement the order dated 27th January, 2015 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.1 in Case No.RA(S)25/2009-10 for making entries in the revenue records in respect of subject land in terms of order passed by the Land Tribunal. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful perusal of the writ papers, it is forthcoming that the respondent No.1-Assistant Commissioner, by order dated 27th January, 2015 (Annexure-A) in Case No.RA(S)25/2009-10 had directed the respondent No.2- Tahsildar to verify the final orders passed by the Land Tribunal and the mutation No.119/2004-05 in accordance with law and pass suitable orders. In this regard, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made available the proceedings pending in R.R.T/C.R.(Dispute)/24/2015-16, which makes it clear that, no decision has been taken by the respondent No.2. Therefore, the respondent No.2-Tahsilder is directed to conclude the aforementioned RRT proceedings in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
