The present Criminal Revision has been preferred against the order dated 26.11.2016 passed by the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No.73/2016, arising out of the order dated 05.08.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur in the complaint case filed by the Revisionists against the Non-applicants, whereby the learned Sessions Court, noticing that the complaint case had not been registered by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, directed registration of the same and returned the matter to the concerned Court for registration thereof. 3 2. None appeared nor any representation is made on behalf of the parties even when the case is called in the second round of hearing. 3. In view of above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the Revision for non-prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the instant Revision is dismissed for non- prosecution. 5.
