JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In W.P.No.23956/2024, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a) Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to release interest of 12% per annum on pension as ordered in W.P.No.478/80/2018 C/w. 50532/2021 dated 14.07.2021 as per Annexure-C and also in the light of Division Bench Order passed supra. b) To pass any other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20682 WP No. 23956 of 2024 C/W WP No. 25757 of 2023 2. In W.P.No.25757/2023, the petitioners seek the following reliefs: “a) Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to release interest of 12% per annum on pension as ordered in W.P.No.478-80/2018 C/W 11510/2018 dated 6.10.2020 as per Annexure-M and the same was confirmed in Division Bench in W.P.39634/2004 decided on 14.12.2010. b) To pass any other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners in both petitions submits that the petitions may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to submit fresh representations to the concerned respondents, who may be directed to consider the said representations, in accordance with law. 4.
