The total cheque amount being Rs.10,00,000/-, the petitioner ought to have been permitted by this Court to receive an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- which has already been credited to the account of STC.No.227 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate(FTC)(ML), Uthamapalayam. Since the same is not addressed in the order passed by this Court on 02.07.2025, the matter is brought up before this Court again as being mentioned. 2. Heard either sides. 3.
