Learned advocate for the petitioner concedes to such submissions. 3. Upon perusal of the affidavit of compliance it is found that in compliance to the order of this Court passed on 28th April, 2025 in connection with WPA 17940 of 2023 the alleged contemnor has passed order and the said order has been forwarded to the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur Sub- Division, South 24-Parganas for further course of action under Section 23 of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973. 4. In view of the above, the contempt application being WPCRC 107 of 2026 stands disposed of. 2 5. Rule is discharged. 6. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
