illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and violation of Principles of Natural Justices apart from violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Care Taker with all consequential benefits.

ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T.S.N. Sudhakar,
learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that, pursuant to the interim order, dated 27.03.2023, the petitioner was reinstated into service and no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed making the aforesaid interim order, dated 27.03.2023, absolute. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
