ORAL ORDER
Petitioner is before this Court seeking for a writ of mandamus to respondent No.2 to receive the application dated 30.08.2025, which the petitioner had proposed to file in Case DCE No.10 of 2024 for rejection of complaint filed by respondent Nos.3 and 4 on the ground that the same is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 places on record the order sheet of the aforesaid proceedings of respondent No.2 and informs this Court that in view of Section 36-B(1) of the Advocates Act, 1961, the proceedings which was pending before respondent No.1 has now been transferred to the Bar Council of India.

3. In view of the aforesaid development, if any application regarding maintainability of the complaint will have to be filed by the petitioner before the Bar Council of India. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has rendered infructuous, due to passage of time. However, the disposal of this writ petition would not come in the way of petitioner filing any such application regarding maintainability of the complaint in the proceedings, which is now transferred to the Bar Council of India.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is
disposed of.
