1. Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner is limiting his prayer so far as payment of pension is concerned and further submits that in this regard petitioner will file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today.
3. Learned Standing Counsel fairly submits that in such event, claim of petitioner will be considered strictly in accordance with law.
4. Considering aforesaid submissions and taking note of assurance given by learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
