1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this MCRC with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage. However, he submits that out of 20 witnesses, only four witnesses have been examined so far. It is also contended that the applicant is in jail since 24.12.2024; therefore, a direction may be issued to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

3. The prayer made by Mr. Koshta appears to be fair and reasonable.

5. Accordingly, the instant MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to make all endeavours to conclude the trial preferably within a period of eight months. Sd/-
