Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that altogether four petitioners have filed the present writ application and during pendency of the present writ application, the petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 have been included in the voter list but the appeal preferred by the petitioner No.3 has not been taken up for hearing. He prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner No.3 as early as possible. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner No.3, namely, Latifa Begam as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Accordingly, WPA 17144 of 2026 stands disposed of. 2 4. Urgent certified Photostat copy, if applied for, be given to the parties after compliance with all requisite formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
