P.P. …...... 02/ 25.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 21(b), 21(c), 22(b), 22(c) and 29 of N.D.P.S. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was withdrawn on 25.06.2025 in B.A. No.5043 of 2025 and rejected on 18.09.2025 in B.A. No.2986 of 2025. The trial is in progress and three witnesses have been examined in this case out of seven prosecution witnesses. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that the trial is in progress, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Panki P.S. Case No.34 of 2024, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.08 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltongaj stands rejected. 6.
