The advocate for the petitioner submits that nothing survived in the instant writ petition as the writ petitioner has no further grievances against the State respondents. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prayed before this Court that a direction be passed upon the local police station to ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locality. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with a direction upon the Inspector-in-Charge, Burdwan Police Station to ensure that no breach of peace takes place in the locality. 4. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the allegations and/or statements made in the writ petition. 5. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 1296 of 2024 is disposed of, without any order as to costs. 6.
