This office reference is registered as a CRMP, perused the request letter forwarded by the learned Trial Court seeking a further extension of one month for compliance with the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2727 of 2025, whereby the learned Trial Court was directed to conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of six months. 2. On an earlier occasion, on a similar request, CRMP No. 3332 of 2025 was registered and disposed of vide order dated 06.11.2025, whereby VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.09.24 14:52:52 +0530 2 the period for disposal of the case was extended by a further period of four months from 06.11.2025. 3. By the present request letter dated 27.08.2026, the learned Trial Court has again sought a further extension of one month. On due consideration of the reason assigned, one month's further time is granted from today to comply with the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2727 of 2025. 4. The Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the concerned Court for information and necessary compliance. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the CRMP stands disposed of.
