1. The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 09.02.2026, passed by learned Civil Judge, Bharatput, in Misc. Case No. 38/2019, whereby the application filed by the defendant-petitioner under Section 60 Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act of 2023'), has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents are registered documents, of which the certified copy were obtained by the petitioner from another suit and were placed on record in the present suit along with the application filed under Section 60 of the Act of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to obtain the certified copy of the public document from the public office and thereafter, be permitted to place them on record.
3. Heard and perused the material available on record.
4. Considering the same, the present writ petition is disposed of. This Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere with the impugned order dated 09.02.2026. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to obtain the certified copy of the public document

5. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
