Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The challenge in the present petition is to the notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002, dated 05.12.2025 (Annexure P-2), issued by the respondent against the petitioner, which has been issued in pursuance of the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002, dated 01.09.2025. 2. The outstanding amount is 3,08,22,533/- (Rupees Three ₹ Crore Eight Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Three 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? only) as due on 30.08.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the bank had been approached by giving two cheques of 15 Lakhs each ₹ dated 13.01.2026 and 30.01.2026, by the guarantor i.e. father of the petitioner, and further undertaken to pay 2,50,000/- per month ₹ regularly and also to close the loan account by 31.08.2026. Copy of letter has been placed on record. 4. It is in such circumstances counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. ( G.S.
