It appears that charge sheet has been submitted in the matter. The petitioner filed a Narazi application which has been allowed by the learned Magistrate and further investigation is continuing under the supervision of Superintendent of Police, Malda. In view of the above, northing further remains to be dealt with in the present application. The same is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
