Sri K.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel representing Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to filing of the writ petition, respondents renewed the Special Class Contractor (Civil) Registration and there remains nothing for adjudication , accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
