Heard Sri. Pradeep M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the father of the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No.7605/2021 and the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in the said petition, by order dated 07th December, 2021 (Annexure-C), directed the respondents 4 and 5 herein to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 14th January, 2019 in Form No.57 in respect of the subject land and pass appropriate orders within a period of six months.
