Petitioner, in this writ petition, prays for the following reliefs : 10.1 The Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 writ/writs, order/orders, direction /directions, and letter dated 26.02.2026 whereby the technical bid of the petitioner has been rejected may kindly be set aside and the reason assigned for rejection of the technical bid may kindly be held to be arbitrary, unreasonable. The authorities may kindly be directed to open the financial bid of the petitioner and to proceed further in the matter in accordance with the terms and condition of the NIT. 10.2 The Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue writ/writs, order/orders, direction /directions that pending final adjudication of the present Writ Petition, the Respondents not to open, finalize or act upon the Financial Bids pursuant to the subject tender, or in the alternative, restrain the Respondents from proceeding further with the tender process without including and considering the Financial Bid of the Petitioner, so as to preserve fairness, maintain a level playing field and prevent irreparable prejudice to the Petitioner. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice. 2.
