1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a sister of the principal accused.
Three other sisters similarly circumstanced were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court. The principal accused was arrested and was thereafter granted bail. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the de-facto complainant strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the statements of the victim and the other materials available in the case diary.
4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, the alleged role

ascribed to the present petitioner, the fact that substantially similarly circumstanced co-accused were granted anticipatory bail, the fact that the principal accused was arrested and was thereafter granted bail and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall not threaten or intimidate the witnesses. The petitioner shall surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for bail within four weeks from date.
6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
