Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel on either side submitted that pending the writ petition, amount has been paid to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication, in this writ petition. 3. Given, the submission of learned counsel on either side since amount has been paid to the petitioner, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
