The said memo reads as under: "It is submitted that top noted appeal is preferred against the judgement and award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (In the Court of The Judge, Prl. Small Causes XIV, SCCH-10, Bangalore,) in MVC No. 2690/2018, fastenings the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010511372022 NC: 2026:KHC:45573 MFA No. 7609 of 2022 liability on Appellant. It is further submitted that said award is satisfied by depositing the award amount. It is submitted that the Appellant had deposited statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- at the time of preferring the top noted appeal before this Hon'ble Court. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the office to refund the same to the appellant and also kindly permit the Appellant to withdraw the appeal in the interest of justice and equity."
