Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a letter dated 03.03.2026 issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and order dated 27.11.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Hamirpur, District Hamirpur, H.P. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the order dated 27.11.2025 reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 16.10.2025 passed in CWP No.16313 of 2025, titled, Anjle Thakur vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with, so far as 昀椀xation of pay is concerned. However, the consequential bene昀椀ts emanating therefrom have not been released to the petitioner. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the bene昀椀ts in terms of the o昀케ce order dated 27.11.2025 shall be released in favour of the petitioner positively within a period of eight weeks from today. 4. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
