Present 2 nd petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.61, dated 30.03.2026, under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar. 2. As per the allegations, acting upon secret information, the police laid a naka and intercepted a car bearing registration No. HR-12D- 2468, which was being driven by the petitioner-Amanpreet Singh @ Aman, and was registered in the name of his mother, namely, Daljit Kaur. Co-accused Dilawar Singh @ Bobby was also travelling in the said vehicle. Upon conducting a search, one .32 bore pistol without magazine and three live cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner-Amanpreet Singh @ Aman. Further, one .32 bore pistol along with a magazine and two live cartridges was allegedly recovered from the dashboard of the vehicle. First bail petition, i.e. CRM-M-29951-2026, filed by the petitioner was withdrawn, vide order dated 29.05.2026 (Annexure P-3), when it was pointed out that petitioner was facing four other criminal cases of serious nature, registered under Sections 302 and 307 of the IPC. 4. Apart from the above, it is also not disputed that the car in which both the accused, namely, Amanpreet Singh @ Aman (petitioner herein) and Dilawar Singh, were travelling, belongs to the mother of petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, present petition is disposed of, with the observation that, once petitioner completes a sufficient period of incarceration inside jail, i.e. at least three months period more, it shall be open to file a fresh petition for bail. 6. With the observations made here above, present petition stands disposed of.
